MediaPro is a digital asset management and cataloging solution for
photographers and other creative professionals. It enables you to
create a customized, centralized and searchable repository through
which you can manage a wide variety and high volume of digital files.
MediaPro supports more than 100 different file formats including
images, audio, video, fonts, illustrations, DTP, HTML and digital
camera RAW files (including DNG, Nikon, Canon and Kodak). Pro
photographers and other creative professionals using MediaPro can
quickly and easily import, annotate, organize, archive, search and
distribute their digital files, shortening time from capture to
distribution, thereby saving time and lowering costs.
What's new in this version:
- Fixed problem where Nikon NEFs might not appear in the list of
supported file types (Win). - Fixed problem where a catalog shared by both Macintosh and
Windows versions of iView MediaPro might get corrupted. - Fixed .WMV and .MPEG thumbnail refresh problem (Win).
- Fixed error notification within XML Export (Win).
- Fixed crashing bug with error log.
- Action log now reports activity for more features of iView
MediaPro. - Added support for cameras in PTP mode (Win).
- Improved Scroll Lock mode in Light Table (Option key resets
offsets while scrolling). - When entering new terms in the Organize panel, terms are now
recorded in the current vocabulary set (Mac). - Fix issue with display of progress dialog (Win).
- File dates in info panel now adjust to changes in preference
of date format. - Fixed problem with volumes being resolved incorrectly in the
Organize panel. - Changed the Auto-save feature to behave as expected.
- Fixed problem that could cause a crash importing from Camera/
Disk (Win). - Fix issue with long filenames where some thumbnails would not
display correctly (Win). - Added notification if Notepad email feature fails.
- Batch rename now sorts as the view order and appends an
incrementing number to the filename if filename clash occurs. - Disabled sync annotations to MP4 files which corrupted files.
- Fixed issues with XML import/export.
- Fixed cosmetic problems with Intel Mac.
- Fixed Applescript issue with Intel Mac.
- Changed HTML gallery to not save a common title for all
galleries. - Fixed lock file issue that could cause an error on opening a
catalog (Mac). - Fixed issue where adding an annotation in the Organize panel
would not update the vocabulary (Mac). - Fixed various problems with the Image Editor.
