The largest and the most popular mobile phone manufacturing company is going to launch a new handset in India, named Nokia 703. It's a windows phone which is operating on Microsoft windows 7 with a 1 Ghz processor.
Nokia 703 operates on both 2G and 3G network. On 2G it operates on 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and on 3G it operates on HSDPA 850 / 900 /1700 / 1900 / 2100. This mobile is not yet announced by Nokia so the specifications and design are subject to change. According to the rumors the phone is having a dimensions of 117 x 65 x 12 mm and having weight of 114 gm. The handset is having a capacitive touch screen of 3.7 inch with 16M colors. The option of auto turn-off and accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate are also there in Nokia 703. The handset is having a internal memory of 8GB and a ram of 512 MB but there's no option of card slot in Nokia 703. Practically unlimited call records can be stored in Nokia 703.
It has a primary camera of 5 MP with LED flash. Video recording can be done at 720p @ 30fps. Geo targeting feature is also there in the handset. MicroUSB v2.0 port is also present in Nokia 703. The video player can play variable and maximum formats including mp4, wmv and many more. Document viewer is also there in Nokia 703 with which you can open any word or text document. You can find the location with an ease with digital compass present in the handset. Features like GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, Bluetooth are also there in Nokia 703. The battery used in it is standard Li-ion battery but it is made in such a way that it can give you longer stand-by and talk time.
